About Why 200
Why 200 is an 89-foot Wally Yachts build from 2022 with a full-beam main deck master suite, 270-degree views and stabilizers at anchor and underway for eight guests.
Wally Yachts delivered Why 200 in 2022 as Hull No. 3 of the line, with naval architecture by Laurent Giles and interior styling by Vallicelli. A displacement GRP hull carries four Volvo IPS1350 engines to a speed of 15 knots, a pace that suits an unhurried day on the water better than a sprint. Stabilizers operate at anchor and underway, and the draft is just 6.6 feet.
The master suite takes the full beam of the main deck, with windows that frame 270-degree views. Three more cabins complete the plan, sleeping eight in all, and a crew of five looks after them. At nearly 25 feet, the beam leaves generous room on the outer decks. A Williams 415 tender runs guests ashore, and the toys include three Seabobs, two Llampuga electric surfboards, two paddleboards, a wakeboard and snorkeling gear.
Best For
Why 200 suits a couple hosting friends, or a family who value space and a steady ride over top speed. A crew of five gives the week an attentive, personal feel, and the toy list keeps younger guests busy in the water. Ask us how she sits against other yachts of her size.

Weekly rates are in US dollars, converted from euro at the European Central Bank rate of October 20, 2026 and rounded to the nearest $5,000. The rate covers the yacht and crew. Running costs such as fuel, food, drinks and berthing are paid from an advance provisioning allowance, usually 30 to 35 percent of the rate, with any unspent balance returned. VAT depends on the cruising area, delivery fees apply only if the yacht must reposition, and crew gratuity is at your discretion. Rates are confirmed at booking.
