for the global market.
Better relationships, better outcomes
Why Lexington Exists.
Lexington started from a simple belief: a yacht should never be treated like ordinary inventory.
Before Lexington, I worked in investment banking, focused on sell-side M&A and complex transactions. Preparation matters. Accountability matters. The right counterparties matter, and most of all, outcomes matter.
My connection to boating started long before finance. I grew up around boats, had friends in the yachting industry, and always understood that this market runs on relationships and trust as much as it does on the vessels themselves.
While I was still in banking, a yacht manufacturer approached me about expanding internationally, with a focus on the U.S. market. As we worked together, I saw the gap clearly: builders were investing years of craft, engineering, family history, and pride into yachts that were too often presented like ordinary inventory.
Yachting is about relationships. For the builder, it can represent decades of reputation, culture, and livelihood. For the buyer, it is tied to time, family, travel, and the way they want to live.
Lexington was created to bring more care and focus to that process. For builders, that means representing the product with the attention it deserves and going directly to qualified buyers. For buyers, it means a more private and efficient path to the right yacht, with access to builders, new-build opportunities, and limited-production models.
The idea is simple: better relationships lead to better outcomes.
Discretion.
Discipline.
Continuity.
Discretion
Private conversations, acquisition objectives, builder relationships, and transaction details are handled with the confidentiality this market requires.
Discipline
We bring structure to access, diligence, negotiation, and closing so decisions are made with clarity rather than momentum.
Continuity
The relationship does not end at closing. Lexington remains oriented around the vessel, the ownership experience, and the next decision.
A direct path between buyers and builders
Lexington connects qualified buyers with carefully selected builders, new-build opportunities, and select vessels through direct relationships rather than passive marketplace exposure.
- Direct Buyer Access
- Qualified buyers are reached through focused relationships, not left to discover exceptional yachts by chance.
- Select Builder Relationships
- Lexington maintains active relationships with global builders whose craft, product depth, and U.S. market ambitions align with our model.
- One partner
- We coordinate the yacht acquisition process, from first introduction through diligence, negotiation, closing, and the relationship that follows.
